They Found Johnny's body
Homicide
A few years back, I got a call from a client and friend, Patricia, telling me her nephew Johnny was missing, and they couldn’t get a hold of him. She asked if I could help find him. I had just finished doing a large group session; it was late, and I was extremely tired. I explained that to her, and I told her I would do what I could.
I went into my zone, as I like to call it. He came to me; he played a video of him lying unconscious on the floor by a table. I saw three others in the room; I wasn’t sure who they were.
There was white powder on the table, which I believed was cocaine. It was my belief he had passed because he came to me, but because I didn’t know for sure, I didn’t convey that to Patricia. I only told her about him being unconscious and the white powder.
When I conveyed that to Patricia, she told me the three people were people he had just met, but he never did drugs.
I promised her I would reach out to her the next day. Before I had the chance to reach out to her, she called me. The police had found evidence of a homicide, and three people had been arrested; charges were pending.
Johnny’s body had not been recovered. I told her I saw several big garbage bags that were thrown out the window of an apartment building. She told me they were in a tall building in New York City. I told he to see if the police looked by the side of the building. She wasn’t sure, but that turned out to be true.
At this point I told her he was with me; he was with his uncle, who was a tough guy. I described him to Patricia; he told me it was her dad. She explained to me the two were very close when Johnny was young. Her dad had come to me in a prior session Patricia and I had when he first passed. Johnny being with her dad, who was a strong, caring man, made her feel better.
Patricia asked me if they would ever find Johnny’s body. As she asked, I saw a road in New Jersey; how did I know it was New Jersey? Well, Johnny told me. I told Patricia they would and where. This gave Patricia hope and gave her some comfort. This was all happening so fast; I had a hard time concentrating, and we kept getting interrupted as well, which made it almost impossible to concentrate.
The next day, I turned on the TV, and there was an aerial shot by the news overlooking a long private road in New Jersey. That is where they found Johnny. It seems one of the men arrested confessed to taking the body to New Jersey and burying it in a shallow grave there.
Several months had passed, and the trials were starting. Patricia and the family were worried the three men would get away with this. I wasn’t following the news, but I told her two would be convicted of murder and one of manslaughter.
Sure enough, that is exactly what happened. Throughout this ordeal, I was able to bring some comfort to Patricia. It doesn’t make everything all right that they were convicted, but it gave the family closure.
I was happy I was able to help Patricia get through this awful time in her life.
I want to make this very clear: it isn’t me; I’m just the vehicle chosen to convey messages to others, but I am glad I can do this. I can only bring forward the messages the souls want me to hear; I can’t force them to give me what they don’t want me to say.
Always remain hopeful, never hopeless. Always be optimistic, never pessimistic. Always believe there is so much more out there we can never understand, but it will give us the support we need. @everyone
