He Gifted Me Tomatoes
One of my clients, Elizabeth, called to set up a small gallery with her & perhaps 4 others. There was a possibility her husband might sit in. However, this was primarily for her mother-in-law.
Upon my arrival, Elizabeth introduced me to everyone. Her husband, let’s call him Joe, was giving me looks. I could feel them go right through me. He was skeptical … hell, he downright has no belief in what I do. He seemed ready to expose me as a fraud, and he thinks I’m just there to grab his hard-earned money.
As it turned out, there were only 3 of us. Elizabeth, her mother-in-law, and her husband Joe, who immediately asked in a sarcastic tone if there was money buried in the basement of the family home. I advised him, this is not usually what I tend to do, but ok, I’ll see what the souls will tell me, if anything.
So here is the scene: Joe’s mom is on my left, and he is way over on my right with his wife. He was definitely waiting to pounce. His father comes through pretty fast, filling me in on who he was. As I am giving the mother the messages from her husband, her mother and grandmother as well as a few other souls who came through, the father brings my attention to John, telling me to look over to my right. I look over to see John’s head turned away from everyone. His father, a prankster, chuckled and said; he is a skeptic no more.
During his messages, the first thing I said to John was that ‘You found money in a can in the basement,” He confirmed that he had found a can that was filled with silver coins. It went on from there. I saw this tough, non-believer, or at the least, strong skeptic became emotional. By the way this is a common occurrence. When he realized the messages were true. He was no longer skeptical.
Back to the buried money-- I saw a patch with cracks in the floor. I drew him a picture of what I saw, which was the first time I have ever done that. I didn’t hear from him, so I doubt the money was there. As it turned out, this was not a surprise because his father was a prankster while he was here, and he continued that behavior during the session. I don’t do these sessions to try and find wallets or keys (Hell, I can’t even find mine sometimes...) I bring messages of things you need to do to move through your life. I don’t do what I call parlor tricks; no, it’s about you & their plan to help you move on.
Everyone was happy with the messages at the end, and as I left, he thanked me again for the messages. Just as I was starting to pull out of his driveway, Joe ran out with a bag and asked me if I liked tomatoes? I told him I do, and he handed me a bag with fresh tomatoes that he grew in his garden. I knew the tomatoes were his way of saying thank you. His gift meant a lot to me; by gifting me the tomatoes he grew himself in his garden, he showed me how important the messages were to him. Tomatoes grown with hard work, loving care, and pride as these are often reserved for immediate family and those in our lives who are important; this message without words was loud and clear. It was his way of not just saying thank you but apologizing for that rough start; the gift of tomatoes was an important one, one of validation of the messages he received. This thank-you meant a lot to me for what I did that night, bringing him messages of healing he needed to hear.
I knew exactly what I was going to do with them. As a kid, we had gardens in the back of our Apartments. We grew our own tomatoes and often made Tomato sandwiches. Getting those tomatoes meant a lot, and I wanted to enjoy them the best way I knew how.
